First of all, if you are in a hurry, call us. We will do everything possible to meet your request.

For the most common currencies (Dollar, Canadian Dollar, British Pound, and Swiss Franc), orders are ready the working day after your online order.

For exotic currencies (less common currencies such as the Thai Baht or Vietnamese Dong…), we might contact you by phone after your order to make sure that we can provide them before your departure.

If you order a large amount, we will also contact you by phone.

We keep your currencies in our agency for up to one month after your reservation date.

Ordering online is more convenient because your order will be prepared in advance and ready upon your arrival, allowing you to pick it up quickly and without waiting.

Beware: the rule changes depending on your destination country. You can come and ask our advisors.

As an example: you can cross borders with a maximum equivalent of €10,000 within Europe, $10,000 to the United States, or $10,000 Canadian to Canada (which is today slightly less than €7,000).
